Exchange & Return Policy

We aim to provide a smooth and fair exchange and return process for all our customers. As we operate in multiple countries, policies vary slightly based on local regulations and logistics.

Gold Jewellery (All Countries)

For all returns or exchanges of gold jewellery, only the net gold weight (as stated on your invoice) will be considered. The refund or exchange value will be calculated based on the prevailing gold rate of the day and the carat (purity) used in your piece.

Please note:
Wastage, making charges, stone costs, and beadwork are excluded from the return/exchange value.
The valuation is based strictly on the net gold content as per your original invoice . It is very important to keep your bill/invoices safe for this purpose.

Natural Diamond Jewellery

Our exchange and return terms for natural diamond jewellery vary by country due to local logistics and cost structures.

Exchange: Free exchange for items of the same value or higher.
Return: Subject to a 10% deduction on the total invoice amount.

🇦🇺 Australia  | 🇬🇧 United Kingdom | 🌍 Other Countries
Exchange: 15% deduction on the total invoice.
Return: Subject to a 25% deduction on the total invoice.

Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery

Our lab-grown diamond jewellery follows the same structure as our natural diamond policy, with an additional 10% deduction applied due to the nature of lab-grown diamond pricing and resale conditions.

Silver Jewellery

For all silver jewellery, the net silver weight (as stated on your invoice) will be used to calculate the value for exchange or return. The rate will be based on the prevailing silver market price on the day of return/exchange.
