2. Images, Videos & Product Representation

We aim to present our products as clearly and accurately as possible using high-resolution images and videos. That said, screen settings can vary, so colours or scale may appear slightly different in person. Our media is often magnified to show finer details.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices listed are in currency corresponding to the respective country and inclusive of tax.For any orders ,prices may be adjusted based on your shipping destination. We do our best to keep all information accurate, but if a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel or refund affected orders where necessary.
Sales and discounts are time-sensitive; purchases made before or after a promotion cannot be adjusted retroactively.

4. Product Availability

Our site updates in real time, but occasionally, a product may sell out before it’s updated. If the item you’ve ordered is no longer available, we’ll get in touch promptly to offer you a comparable alternative or a full refund.

5. Payments

We accept secure payments via major credit cards and trusted payment processors. By placing an order, you authorise us (or our payment partner) to charge the full amount to your chosen method. Every country has their respective bank account and our primary payment option would be doing a bank transfer to the designated account.

6. Bill/Invoices and Certificates

All orders will be accompanied by a tax bill and for any loose diamonds includes a grading certificate from a reputable laboratory unless noted otherwise. These bills or invoices and certificates are valuable and must be returned to us while doing any exchanges or returns of the jewelry . Without bill/ invoices we will not be in a position to exchange or return your order . And in case of missing certificate of loose you will be charged accordingly too

We may occasionally link to third-party websites for your convenience. However, we aren’t responsible for the content or accuracy of those sites and do not endorse any external services or products linked from our site.

8. Exchange and Returns

Since we operate in different countries and countries has their own tax systems our exchange and return policies are country dependent .

Messages or feedback you send to us whether by email, form, or other channels may be retained for quality assurance, training, or marketing purposes. We will never publish your full name or personal details without permission.

10. Sharing Your Ashmi Piece

We’re proud of every piece we create and love to showcase them! We may share photos or videos of custom or made-to-order jewellery on our website and social media.
If you wish to create a product with us and don’t want us to make it public we respect your decision and will not be made public . For this you need to send us the written email on orders@ashmijewels.com.
